AIMS International Adds New Member Firm in Norway

Executive search consortium AIMS International has added HumanDrive Executive Advisors in Oslo, Norway as its newest member firm. HumanDrive Executive Advisors has rebranded as AIMS International Norway.

Mr. Aulund has held various leadership roles internationally as well as in Norway. His experience ranges from strategic and financial advisory to leadership of multinational companies (CEO, COO/EVP) and startups. Mr. Aulund has contributed to many searches and placements of leaders and specialists over the last several years. He has also developed expertise in agile leadership and agile organisational development.
Norway’s business environment has witnessed remarkable international growth across various sectors, such as marine industries, offshore oil and gas, finance, consumer goods, technology, and renewable energy. Today, Norway is the second wealthiest country in the world in monetary value, with the largest capital reserve per capita of any nation. AIMS recently expanded industrial global practice to with the creation of a defense and security industries group led from France by Nicolas J. Rogier, managing partner France. AIMS said that Mr. Rogier’s mission is “to engage with the industry’s large groups and SMEs on their specific recruitment and talent management and to offer them the best possible level of service in order to promote their development within their national and international markets.”
For 12 years, Mr. Rogier has managed his own consulting and training structure before joining AIMS International. During this time he carried out numerous coaching missions in industrial, logistics and retail environments in France and abroad. He has also participated in recruitment, assessment and training processes in a wide variety of environments. Since joining AIMS International, Mr. Rogier has been actively contributing to the development of the group in the French-speaking European HR-consulting market.
