AIMS International Adds New Member Firm in Norway

October 23, 2023 – Executive search consultants are seeing an increase in hiring mandates from around the world. To meet demand, they continue to develop new practices, hire new recruiters, and open new locations. Global recruiting consortiums, meanwhile, are taking advantage of a resurgence in certain geographic areas. Executive search consortium AIMS International has added HumanDrive Executive Advisors in Oslo, Norway as its newest member firm. HumanDrive Executive Advisors has rebranded as AIMS International Norway.

Mr. Aulund has held various leadership roles internationally as well as in Norway. His experience ranges from strategic and financial advisory to leadership of multinational companies (CEO, COO/EVP) and startups. Mr. Aulund has contributed to many searches and placements of leaders and specialists over the last several years. He has also developed expertise in agile leadership and agile organisational development.

Norway’s business environment has witnessed remarkable international growth across various sectors, such as marine industries, offshore oil and gas, finance, consumer goods, technology, and renewable energy. Today, Norway is the second wealthiest country in the world in monetary value, with the largest capital reserve per capita of any nation. It has a mixed economy, a prosperous capitalist welfare state and social democracy country featuring a combination of free market activity and large state ownership in certain key sectors.

Norway has large ownership positions in key industrial sectors, such as strategic petroleum (Statoil), hydroelectric energy production (Statkraft), aluminum production (Norsk Hydro), the largest Norwegian bank (DNB) and telecommunication provider (Telenor). For 12 years, Mr. Rogier has managed his own consulting and training structure before joining AIMS International. During this time he carried out numerous coaching missions in industrial, logistics and retail environments in France and abroad. He has also participated in recruitment, assessment and training processes in a wide variety of environments. Since joining AIMS International, Mr. Rogier has been actively contributing to the development of the group in the French-speaking European HR-consulting market.
