Barak has an MBA and Master of Education from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Economics from Harvard University.

Neha Palmer

Neha has spent over two decades developing cutting edge energy supply and energy intensive infrastructure. From her earliest days as an engineer working with natural gas, to the time she spent at Google developing energy intensive data centers, she brings deep expertise in building out growing fleets of large scale infrastructure to the emerging heavy EV charging asset class. Neha holds an MBA in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a BS in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. A huge part of her happiness outside of work is being outdoors –  whether it’s winters spent chasing snow, or time spent with family exploring all California has to offer in the summer.
