Ms. Murray has more than 10 years of human capital experience and has extensive experience in client development and recruitment process. She conducts C-level searches for pharma, biotech, and med-tech clients across Europe.

Neumann Executive recently added Rafał Boczkowski as partner. He has 20 years of experience as an executive search consultant and HR leader in the Central and Eastern European Region (CEE) and the Baltic region. His knowledge and expertise include supporting clients from all sectors in the fields of executive search, talent performance, leadership development, employee relations and change management. Prior to joining Neumann Rafał worked in HR roles at companies such as Delphi Automotive Systems, Cargill, Siemens, IBM, and Avon.
