20/20 Foresight Strengthens Search Staff
July 2, 2020 – Chicago-headquartered 20/20 Foresight Executive Search has expanded with the addition of Mitch Ornstein as managing director. Mr. Ornstein, who will work from the firm’s Chicago office, brings more than 15 years of executive search experience in placing senior leaders across all functions to his new role. He will serve as 20/20 Foresight’s functional expert in the CFO suite.

Mr. Ornstein’s career began with Deloitte, one of the “Big Four” accounting organizations and the world’s largest professional services network. Prior to entering the executive search industry, he spent six years hiring and leading sales teams for a top distributor of industrial products. As a leading contributor to an Inc. 500 firm, he opened and led the company’s Chicago expansion and developed a team that grew into one of the leading firms in the market. Mr. Ornstein later served at one of the largest human capital firms, which he followed by opening his own search practice dedicated to chief financial officers and their direct reports.
With clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to entrepreneurial organizations with an emphasis on the middle market, Mr. Ornstein has been responsible for hundreds of placements throughout his career. He works across all industries with an emphasis in manufacturing (CPG concentration), private equity, healthcare and financial services.

20/20 Foresight Executive Search Appoints Managing Director in San Francisco
20/20 Foresight Executive Search has expanded with the addition of John Spitzler as managing director. He will head both 20/20 Foresight Executive Search and 20/20 Foresight Executive Marketing operations throughout California from his home base in San Francisco.
For over 20 years, Mr. Cavoto has completed in excess of 400 searches in the U.S. and worldwide. He has also established a worldwide reputation for career coaching and job finding for a discreet and select clientele of executives who need help in coaching and finding their next roles. For over 10 years, Mr. Cavoto has completed more than 200 coaching and job finding assignments for renowned executives in the real estate, financial and service industries.
