20/20 Foresight Executive Search Appoints Managing Director in San Francisco

December 11, 2019 – Chicago-headquartered 20/20 Foresight Executive Search has expanded with the addition of John Spitzler as managing director. He will head both 20/20 Foresight Executive Search and 20/20 Foresight Executive Marketing operations throughout California from his home base in San Francisco.

Mr. Spitzler brings nearly 20 years of executive search experience to his new position, which follows leadership roles in corporate talent acquisition, as well as running his own boutique retained search firm for more than a decade. His extensive recruitment experience includes C-level, vice president and director level searches throughout North America across a range of industries, including venture capital, private equity and real estate, as well as SaaS, digital media and technology services.

Mr. Spitzler’s experience includes serving as senior manager, talent acquisition at Epiq, a privately held, global legal process outsourcing company serving law firms, corporations and government entities. Before that, he was a senior consultant, executive search, for Cox Enterprises. He also gained search experience serving as a principal with boutique recruiting firm Perimeter Consulting Group.

20/20 Foresight primarily serves companies involved in the real estate, financial services and service industries. It was established by Mr. Cavoto in 1994 and now has more than 50 consultants serving a broad range of clients and recruit from mid-level management through to senior C-level executives. The firm has offices in Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Denver, Dallas, Atlanta, Miami, Boston, Washington D.C. and New York City.

For over 20 years, Mr. Cavoto has completed in excess of 400 searches in the U.S. and worldwide. He has also established a worldwide reputation for career coaching and job finding for a discreet and select clientele of executives who need help in coaching and finding the “right” next job. For over 10 years, Mr. Cavoto has completed more than 200 coaching and job finding assignments for renowned executives in the real estate, financial and service industries.
