“Association management companies are important because they provide professional and scalable outsourced management solutions such as financial oversight, event planning, and member services, as well as executive management expertise that allow organizations to focus on their mission and strategic goals,” Vetted Solutions explained.

“We have long been known for our track record of success in helping associations and other nonprofit organizations find, develop and retain exceptionally talented executives,” Mr. Zaniello said. “BlochReed builds on this approach by allowing us to also assist them with finding and selecting an exceptional AMC which in turn will provide the needed leadership and organizational success boards and members seek.”

As more associations consider an integrated management model, the BlochReed AMC selection methodology entails a thorough process for associations to understand the power of AMCs and to find the best partner when an AMC is indeed the right solution. Over the last decade, BlochReed Association Advisors has helped clients assess internal needs, create strategic goals for future growth and then implement operational changes for long-term success.

“I’m thrilled that we can entrust the future of BlochReed to Jim Zaniello and the Vetted Solutions team,” said Ralph Bloch, co-founder and former president of BlochReed Association Advisors. “Their reputation for excellence ensures that our work will continue – as BlochReed, a Vetted Solutions company.”

“What our mutual clients want is a partner they can trust to deliver answers to all the challenges they face in building and managing high-performing organizations on a sustained basis,” Mr. Zaniello added. “We are thrilled to be able to further support the community with this additional capability.”
