Vetted Solutions Recruits CEO for CoreNet Global
January 7, 2025 – Following an extensive search process, Washington, D.C.- based Vetted Solutions has recruited Scott Wiley as the new CEO of CoreNet Global. Angela Cain recently stepped down. “Scott Wiley is the ideal candidate to assume the CEO of CoreNet Global and lead us into the future,” said David Chang, CoreNet Global board chair. “Scott’s visionary leadership and experience will position our association to grow in emerging markets, leverage global digital transformation and drive new opportunities for our members. Mr. Wiley brings a wealth of experience and a record of transformational leadership to CoreNet Global. In his previous role as president and CEO of The Ohio Society of CPAs (OSCPA), he led the organization to become one of the most recognized professional associations in the nation and quadrupled the organization’s fundraising revenue. Mr. Wiley is a fellow and past board chair of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), where he has been recognized for his contributions to the association community and his commitment to advancing the profession.

Karen Greenbaum stepped down when her current contract expired, effective December 31, 2024.
