2021 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Recruiting Report:
Building a Balanced and Diverse Workforce
Hunt Scanlon Media’s latest market intelligence recruiting report – this time focused on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion – will be available later this fall! The nation’s top executive recruiters are resetting expectations and looking for new ways forward to build balanced and diverse workforce teams for their clients.
According to executive recruiters, DE&I should not just be a priority, but an integrated part of every company’s leadership goals. Some companies have even tied DE&I metrics to executive compensation. But it’s more than that.
Part of building strong, diverse hiring teams means asking yourself: “Who is my company culture going to attract – and how will it engage people who are here?” This question can be very difficult to answer if you assume everyone feels welcome already just because you do. Fostering diversity, equity and inclusion within organizations is more than just the right ethical decision. “It is one of the best business decisions a company can make,” said Keri Gavin, a partner with Hanold Associates and leader of the search firm’s Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion practice. Hanold Associates is a proud sponsor of this year’s report. This report will help organizations prioritize DE&I as a business imperative that drives greater competitiveness, innovation and business results. Get it now!

HR Leaders Transition to Recruiters
For CHROs, chief talent officers and other C-suite HR executives, the crossover skills required in the search business are nearly identical, and Hunt Scanlon Media has recently tracked a number of successful transitions. We have taken note of the trend among top-ranking HR executives reestablishing themselves as executive recruiters. Here’s a look at some of the more prominent ones:
Platinium Executive Search added former HR executive Céline Daubresse as a partner. “We are very pleased to welcome Céline here at Platinium Executive Search, as her international HR track record in various EMEA HR roles is both contrasting and complementary to ours,” said Olivier Bouhoulle, founder of Platinium Executive Search. “I’m certain that having someone on board who has been on the other side of the table for years, and who understands perfectly the daily constraints and objectives of our key HR director clients, is a huge asset to our company.”
McDermott + Bull expanded with the addition of former HR executive Alisa Nagle as a managing director to drive the firm’s global industrial, automotive and mobility practice. Based in Detroit, she will also play a critical role in launching the firm’s office in the region. Ms. Nagle has spent over 25 years as a human capital leader and transformation business partner. As a former chief human resources officer and head of HR, she excels in identifying and assessing top leadership talent to achieve game-changing transformation, growth, and success for her clients in the industrial sector.
Protis Global has added Cheri Ehrlich Eisen as its SVP of business development. In her extensive 20-plus years of talent acquisition and HR leadership experience, she has partnered with major entities in the entertainment space, including Walt Disney Television and NBC Universal. Ms. Eisen currently serves as president of RAZR Recruiting + Consulting, which was launched in 2015 to help businesses find key talent for their organizations. Before that, she was senior director of human resources and talent acquisition for Fusion, an ABC – Univision joint venture.
