True Talent Advisory taps Korhan Kivanc CFO

November 20, 2017 – True Talent Advisory, a global platform for innovative human capital products and services, has named former Heidrick & Struggles veteran Korhan Kivanc as its new chief financial officer.

Mr. Kivanc will oversee the financial strategy and operational efficiency of True Talent Advisory’s portfolio of companies including executive search firm True; leadership development products and services firm Synthesis; talent relationship management software provider Thrive; and Foundation Talent, which provides recruitment services below the C-suite.

Previously, Mr. Kivanc worked eight years at Heidrick & Struggles, first as CFO of its Americas division, then as global senior VP of finance. He most recently served as CFO at the Chartis Group. Earlier in his career, he held various roles with Grant Thornton, Net2000 Communications and WorldCom.

He was previously a search consultant at DHR International and CTPartners, where he placed CISOs and built international security teams. Mr. Krissoff is also a former U.S. Marine captain and served overseas as a human intelligence advisor.

Alex Gold, founder of Quantum Search, has joined True to lead the expansion. Mr. Gold specializes in leadership searches for internet, software and fintech investments of leading venture capital firms. He brings more than 10 years of executive search experience, including five years at Korn Ferry.

True Search Adds Partners In New York, San Francisco
Mr. Bucy joined the firm’s technical officers practice and is focused on C-suite-level searches in data, engineering, operations, security and product. Ms. DeCastro joined the firm’s digital transformation practice.
