TRANSEARCH International Expands in Germany

October 15, 2025 – TRANSEARCH International recently expanded with the addition of four experienced leaders to its growing German team: Dennis HartmannLucia PuttrichUwe Lemcke, and Patrick Eichstädt. “These new additions reflect TRANSEARCH’s ongoing commitment to its clients across Germany and reinforce our ability to shape leadership that transforms,” the search consortium said.

In Frankfurt, Mr. Hartmann joins as client partner, bringing over 15 years of executive search experience. He is responsible for national and international executive search projects, primarily in the industry, technology, construction & real estate, energy, utilities & mining, and business & professional services sectors. As an executive search consultant, Mr. Hartmann focuses on leadership positions in general management, operations & supply chain, and human resources. He has also filled positions in areas such as product management, sales & marketing, technology/R&D, and finance.

Mr. Hartmann supports and advises various types of clients in filling executive positions, primarily private equity-led companies, international corporations, and family-owned businesses in the mid-market. Before joining TRANSEARCH, he worked for Spencer Stuart for many years, where he was a member of the global industrial practice. He began his career in executive search while still a student.

Ms. Puttrich joins as senior advisor following a distinguished career in public service and private enterprise, bringing deep insight into government-business leadership dynamics. After studying business administration, she initially ran her own company before being elected mayor of Nidda, on the edge of the Rhine-Main metropolitan region. After 14 years as mayor, Ms. Puttrich  was initially a member of the German Bundestag until she was called to Hesse as Minister for the Environment, Energy, Agriculture and Consumer Protection. She was then Hessian Minister for Federal and European Affairs and Plenipotentiary of the State of Hesse to the Federal Government. The exchange between politics and business was always very important to Ms. Puttrich in all her political functions due to her own economic background and influence. As a long-standing member of the Hessian state government, she was also able to gain extensive experience in Berlin and Brussels.

In Hamburg, client partner Mr. Lemcke joins the team with 25+ years of international executive experience in engineering, manufacturing, and technical services. He specializes in succession and transformation-driven searches. Based in Hamburg, Mr. Lemcke has more than 25 years of international management experience in industry, mechanical and plant engineering, packaging solutions and technical services. In his previous roles as managing director, CSO and sales director, he managed multinational business units with full P&L responsibility.

Filling Key Positions

As an executive search consultant, he supports medium-sized companies and international corporations in filling key positions in general management, technology, sales and finance – with a particular focus on transformation and succession situations. His clients benefit from his in-depth knowledge of the market, his strategic mindset and his ability to identify personalities who not only fit the role but also the corporate culture. Before joining TRANSEARCH, Mr. Lemcke was a partner in an internationally active, renowned executive search boutique with consulting mandates in various industries for several years.

Mr. Eichstädt joins the Stuttgart office as senior advisor. With nearly 30 years of leadership in technology and automation, he brings deep industry expertise and a global perspective across high-tech and innovation-driven sectors. Mr. Eichstädt supports TRANSEARCH clients with strategic guidance drawn from nearly three decades of leadership in technology-driven sectors. He specializes in advising organizations across the tech, automation, and industrial innovation spaces, bringing deep market insight and global perspective to executive search and leadership consulting engagements.

Mr. Eichstädt began his commercial career in sales in 1995, focusing primarily on the IT and technology sectors. His industry expertise extends across special machine construction (notably in warehouse automation) and RFID (radio frequency identification) systems. Over more than 28 years, he has held senior leadership positions at both first and second management tiers, including nearly 10 years as managing director. His career spans listed corporations and family-owned SMEs, with extensive experience in both national and international sales leadership.
