Mr. Ulus is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with 25 years of business expertise. As a leadership consultant at TRANSEARCH’s Istanbul office, he leverages his business background to lead client-centric projects across various industries.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ulus has held C-level sales and operations roles throughout his career, leading large-scale teams and driving organizational transformation. He has a track record of optimizing operational efficiency, building and mentoring high-performance teams, and spearheading business growth in highly competitive industries. His expertise spans luxury goods, travel retail, aviation, and wholesale operations.

South Korea Office
TRANSEARCH recently opened an office in South Korea. A veteran of the automotive and consumer industries, Mr. Baek has over 30 years of experience. He brings expertise in leadership roles, having held senior positions at renowned companies such as Kia Motors, Hyundai Motors, and Jaguar Land Rover Korea. “His deep understanding of the Korean market, coupled with his extensive network and proven track record, positions him perfectly to lead TRANSEARCH’s operations in the region,” the search firm said.
