The Jacobson Group Recruits CEO for American Farmers & Ranchers Mutual Insurance Company
April 3, 2020 – Major global organizations in all sectors are seeking a record number of insurance leaders with the combination of both digital and industry or “domain” experience, report executive recruiters familiar with the space. Companies looking for these C-suite executives require both insurance expertise and high levels of “digital proficiency,” they say – a combination that is scarce in the insurance market and beyond.
Just recently, Chicago-based executive search firm The Jacobson Group assisted in the placement of Jon D. Srna as the new CEO of American Farmers & Ranchers Mutual Insurance Company (AFRMIC). He will be assuming leadership on April 20. The assignment was led by managing partner Margaret Resce Milkint.
