The ExeQfind Group Forms Alliance with Aspire HR Consultants

September 11, 2026 – The ExeQfind Group has formed a strategic partnership with Aspire HR Consultants – Middle East, an executive search and leadership advisory firm covering the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) from offices across Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar. “Partnering with Aspire HR Consultants represents a significant step in strengthening our international capabilities,” said Warren Carter, senior managing partner of The ExeQfind Group. “Rania’s appointment to our Board further enhances our leadership depth and brings invaluable perspective as we continue to expand globally.”
As part of this strategic collaboration, Rania Abdalla, founder and managing director of Aspire HR Consultants, will join the board of directors governing both The ExeQfind Group and The QualiFind Group. In this role, she will contribute her extensive HR executive leadership and retained executive search experience to support the continued expansion and strengthening of the firm’s global presence and client capabilities.
This partnership brings together two organizations with complementary strengths—ExeQfind’s global reach and executive search expertise, and Aspire HR Consultant’s deep regional knowledge and established presence across the Middle East and North Africa creating an integrated platform to serve clients with cross-border talent needs.
A key foundation of this collaboration is the longstanding professional relationship between Ms. Abdalla and Mr. Carter. Both previously served together on the board of directors of IRC Global Executive Search (now Kestria).
“Our long-standing relationship with Rania and Aspire HR Consultants will add value to our ability to tap into key talent in MENA, as well as serve clients in the region that have established business ties in the Americas,” said Carlos Acosta, senior managing partner of The QualiFind Group. “We are already looking at key industry sectors such as consumer products, logistics, and trade compliance where we are expecting significant demand for both direct hire and interim talent.”
As part of this partnership, Aspire HR Consultants will also play a key role in supporting professional recruitment services under The QualiFind Group brand. Aspire’s experienced recruiting team will provide dedicated support for sourcing and placing high-quality individual contributors through emerging leaders across the Middle East region.
“Joining forces with The ExeQfind Group and The QualiFind Group is both a strategic and personal milestone,” said Ms. Abdalla. “I am honored to contribute at the board level while also advancing our shared vision of delivering exceptional talent solutions across regions and markets.”

Private Equity Recruiting – Return on Investment: Creating Value with Talent
Talent has become a defining driver of performance in private equity, shaping how firms manage risk, execute strategy, and deliver sustained returns. As deal cycles tighten and value creation depends increasingly on operational excellence, leadership quality and organizational design are no longer secondary considerations — they are central to how firms source, underwrite, and scale investments. From talent diligence and CEO succession to team integration and leadership development, human capital decisions now influence outcomes across the entire investment lifecycle.
Hunt Scanlon Media will convene more than 250 private equity operating partners, chief talent officers, and executive recruiters at the Hilton in Chicago on September 29, 2026. The program will explore how firms are elevating human capital into a core driver of investment outcomes—redefining how leadership is assessed, built, and deployed across the portfolio to support growth, execution, and long-term value creation.
