This head of human resources will be responsible for developing and executing Human Resources strategies in support of the overall Marcus & Millichap business plan and direction, specifically in the areas of Human Resources solutions needed to ensure the company’s human capabilities support the business strategy, business analytics needed to measure both the human capabilities of the organization and the human resources solutions needed to enhance those capabilities and strategic leadership in articulating human resources analytics and solutions to the executive team and the entire organization.
