RMN Electi Fills Top Marketing Post for the Foundation to Combat Antisemitism
April 25, 2024 – As business becomes more global and complex, and power shifts from producers of goods and services to consumers, top marketing executives’ responsibility of planning and coordinating an organization’s marketing activities has become much more challenging, according to recruiters specializing in the function. A past DHR Global study found that the companies that have reputations for developing the best C-level marketers tend to come from big, global, marketing-academy training companies, like Procter & Gamble and Pepsico. The importance of marketing — and therefore the role that marketers play within companies — varies significantly.
RMN Electi, formerly RM Nephew and Associates, recently assisted in the recruitment of Kristin Suppelsa as the vice president of marketing at the Foundation to Combat Antisemitism (FCAS). “Congratulations to the Foundation to Combat Antisemitism on the appointment of Kristin Suppelsa as vice president, marketing,” RMN Electi said in a LinkedIn post.
Ms. Suppelsa most recently served as VP, marketing with Education First. In this position, she led the 50-person department of marketing and media strategists, writers, designers, video shooters and editors, web developers, data experts and producers to help deliver Education First’s mission to open the world through education. Ms. Suppelsa was responsible for all aspects of marketing and communication for Education First’s portfolio of middle and high school travel businesses. Prior to this, she served as SVP of marketing for Ovia Health. Before this, Ms. Suppelsa served as chief marketing officer of Neuromotion Labs.
The mission of the Foundation to Combat Antisemitism is to win the hearts and minds of non-Jews and Jews through powerful positive messaging and partnerships, motivating and equipping them to be defenders of and upstanders for Jews. The organization focuses on spreading the Blue Square and associated programs to spur action by people of all backgrounds. Working with a network of partners, FCAS leverages monitoring technology to drive effective rapid response to Jewish hate and all hate, in addition to proactive programs that galvanize popular support for the Jewish community.

7 Ways to Unlock Value with Executive Search Firms
In today’s fiercely competitive job market, securing top-tier talent has become more challenging than ever. This is where executive recruiters step in as invaluable allies, offering a range of services beyond simply matching candidates with job openings, according to a recent report from Prestige Scientific’s Kristin Call. “While their primary role is well-known, there are several lesser-known ways in which executive recruiters can assist both job seekers and hiring companies alike,” the report said. Prestige Scientific delves into seven of these often overlooked benefits:
Executive recruiters possess an intricate understanding of market dynamics and industry trends, according to the Prestige Scientific report. “Leveraging their expertise, they can provide valuable insights into emerging job opportunities, salary trends, and in-demand skill sets,” the study said. “By staying informed about the latest developments, candidates can position themselves strategically to capitalize on emerging opportunities.”
With the acquisition, CTR Group added a new strategic offering to its business that will enable it to provide top-tier executive search services to its defense and commercial clients. “We look forward to our expansion into the executive search arena,” said Arnold Boyd, CTR Group’s founder and CEO. “I see this acquisition as the ideal way for CTR to phase seamlessly into a new industry with an experienced and dedicated team already in place.”
CTR Group is a 34-year-old holding company that operates nationwide. The firm has interests in real estate, software, and employment services, and serves an extensive list of clients in various industries, including shipyards, maritime, manufacturing, healthcare, defense, and industrial. The acquisition of RM Nephew extends CTR Group’s permanent placement, contract labor and temp/temp-to-hire staffing platforms.
