Our leadership team is comprised of former HR executives from the world’s best HR shops, such as Pepsi, GE, Merrill-Lynch, Raytheon, Progressive Insurance, and others. They came together to create a far superior executive search experience after realizing that many human resources recruiting agencies weren’t meeting the needs of the client and that a human resources headhunter might not be sufficient in many instances.

Our founders, Tom and Paula Christopher saw an opportunity to do executive HR search differently. They passionately believed in creating a unique boutique HR executive recruiting firm led by former HR practitioners and staffed by highly trained search professionals, that employ proprietary systems, tools, and processes when conducting HR-only searches. It was for that reason that TCG was born.
