April 4, 2022 – The Christopher Group (TCG), a boutique HR executive search and business solutions recruiting firm, has been selected by SRAM, one of the world’s largest suppliers of components to the bike industry, to lead its search for a director of talent and inclusion. The search is being led by managing director Pam Noble and recruiting director Kat Kilkenney. “This is the perfect opportunity to work for a rapidly growing, privately held company that is working to round out their human resource leadership team,” said Ms. Noble. “SRAM is not only very employee focused, but they are concerned about the environment and are also striving to broaden the biking industry to people from all spectrums of life.”
The director of talent and inclusion will help drive a portfolio of talent strategies across SRAM including team member training and development, diversity & inclusion, and talent acquisition, the search firm says. They will also lead a team that collaborates with senior managers and site HR leaders to develop talent programs to build organizational capability that will contribute to a high performance/high trust culture across all SRAM locations. This includes leadership development programs, talent acquisition & onboarding, succession planning, and team member engagement.
The incoming leader will ensure recruitment practices and tools continue to attract great candidates and find new ways to connect with diverse communities to tell SRAMs story and connect candidates with job opportunities. They will work closely with the CIO (continuous improvement office) on training programs and reinforce tools to help embed continuous improvement culture throughout SRAM.
Established in Chicago in 1987, SRAM continues to promote cycling through its products, its advocacy, and its employees who are dedicated to improving the cycling experience. Today, SRAM employs more than 4,000+ employees, in 20+ locations, across 9+ countries and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
