The Christopher Group Seeking Director of Talent and Inclusion for SRAM

April 4, 2022 – The Christopher Group (TCG), a boutique HR executive search and business solutions recruiting firm, has been selected by SRAM, one of the world’s largest suppliers of components to the bike industry, to lead its search for a director of talent and inclusion. The search is being led by managing director Pam Noble and recruiting director Kat Kilkenney. “This is the perfect opportunity to work for a rapidly growing, privately held company that is working to round out their human resource leadership team,” said Ms. Noble.  “SRAM is not only very employee focused, but they are concerned about the environment and are also striving to broaden the biking industry to people from all spectrums of life.”

The director of talent and inclusion will help drive a portfolio of talent strategies across SRAM including team member training and development, diversity & inclusion, and talent acquisition, the search firm says. They will work closely with the CIO (continuous improvement office) on training programs and reinforce tools to help embed continuous improvement culture throughout SRAM.
