January 22, 2020 – The Christopher Group (TCG) has placed Jennifer Lentine as the new head of total rewards at Nu Skin Enterprises. The search was completed in just 45 days by recruiters Nathaniel Schiffer, Kristen Pace and Amy Bott.

Ms. Lentine is an accomplished total rewards leader with experience across diverse industries and demonstrated success developing and implementing innovative global rewards strategies that align with company vision, culture and strategic goals. She was previously vice president of total rewards at Shake Shack Inc. Ms. Lentine also held total reward positions with U.S. Sugar, KLX Inc., Darden and JM Family Enterprises.
As the head of total rewards at Nu Skin, Ms. Lentine will be responsible for all global compensation and benefits programs that will support the integration of acquisitions, harmonize global platforms and operate as an internal business partner to executives and human resources professionals as a subject matter expert.
