January 22, 2020 – Charlotte, NC-based executive search firm HARTZ Search has appointed Carol Maxwell as managing director and leader of its Dallas office.

Ms. Maxwell brings 30 years of experience working with executive leadership to solve business issues through working with their teams to reach their potential. She has a depth of in healthcare service organizations, including large academic medical centers, community hospitals, for-profit and not-for-profit as well as faith-based health systems.

In addition to her executive search experience, Ms. Maxwell was vice president of talent acquisition at Mercy Health. She was also VP of talent acquisition and physician recruiting with WellStar Health System. She gained earlier experience as assistant vice president executive talent at Tenet Health. She holds a master’s degree in healthcare management and leadership from the University Texas at Dallas and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Texas Christian University.
Ms. Maxwell is also the managing partner for CBMaxwell LLC, a leadership, strategy consulting and executive coaching firm. HARTZ Search will contract exclusively with CBMaxwell for all executive coaching needs for its clients and candidates.
