The Christopher Group Tapped by Nu Skin Enterprises to Find Head of Total Rewards

December 20, 2019 – Nu Skin Enterprises has selected The Christopher Group (TCG) to lead its search for a new head of total rewards. Managing director and chief marketing officer Nathaniel Schiffer, recruiting manager Kristen Pace and operations manager Amy Bott are leading the assignment.
The head of total rewards will be provided the opportunity to revamp and execute the total rewards function while acting as a thought partner to the CHRO to reinforce company strategy and direction. The Christopher Group said: “This person will be responsible for all compensation and benefit programs worldwide and support the integration of acquisitions, operate as an internal business partner to executives and human resources professionals serving as the subject matter expert, possessing well-developed opinions on compensation and benefits and so much more. Most importantly, the ideal candidate will act as a leader within the human resources organization broadly, not just total rewards.”
In addition, the individual will support a collaborative culture by actively listening and proactively reaching out for feedback across the organization to be successful in a collaborative environment.
“I am extremely proud to be working on the head of total rewards search for Nu Skin Enterprises,” said Mr. Schiffer. “The Christopher Group feels very connected to Nu Skin’s vision – to be a force for good throughout the world by empowering people to improve lives with rewarding business opportunities, innovative products, and an enriching, uplifting culture.”
“The role will report directly into Nu Skin’s new CHRO, Jeff Bettinger, whom I have partnered many times with over the years at his former companies and I am confident he will turn Nu Skin into one of, if not the top, employment brands in the great state of Utah,” he said.
Headquartered 45 miles south of Salt Lake City, UT, Nu Skin Enterprises is a publicly-traded, $2.7-plus billion premier anti-aging company. As a global direct selling company since 1984, it operates in 52 markets worldwide and has nearly 800,000 independent distributors and over 5,000 employees. Nu Skin’s scientific leadership in both skincare and nutrition has established Nu Skin as an innovative concept of premium quality products and a uniquely compelling global business opportunity.
