TeamJobs Names Head of Newly Created Executive Search Division
July 26, 2017 – U.K.-headquartered recruiting company TeamJobs has appointed search veteran Sally Bennett to head its new executive search division. Ms. Bennett, a former executive recruitment director with 13 years of industry experience, will spearhead the firm’s advance into executive recruitment, sourcing candidates from senior manager to board level, both nationally and internationally.
“TeamJobs is fast establishing itself as a key player in specialist areas like IT and digital, engineering and commercial recruitment,” said Jason Gault, managing director of TeamJobs. “The new executive search division led by Sally Bennett will develop our business even further, as we support clients with their senior appointments across a range of leadership and management functions.”
Ms. Bennet, who will be based in the Bournemouth office, previously served as a director at Engage Executive Search & Selection and before that founded Red One Recruitment and HR. She also served as in various roles with Farrow & Ball and Rubicon Recruitment.

Irvine, CA-based professional services firm GPG Advisers appointed Bernie Ocampo as a managing director and leader of its newly-established executive search platform. Mr. Ocampo has nearly 30 years’ experience in the real estate and alternative investment industries. He previously served as principal of ELEOS Group, a boutique executive search and consulting firm.
U.K. recruitment solutions provider Acorn strengthened its executive search division with the additions of Laura Nicholas, Gareth Edwards and Jan Hughes. Since its launch in 2015, Acorn’s executive search division has worked on over 40 vacancies for CEOs, finance leaders, sales & marketing directors and executive & non-exec board members.
i4cp, a network of HR and business professionals, added Kate Jackson as vice president of talent acquisition within its new executive search division. Ms. Jackson is a seasoned assessment and recruiting professional who has a deep understanding of the nuances of organizational culture.
Morris Bixby Group, an agribusiness focused recruitment firm, appointed Allen Smith as managing partner of its new executive division, Morris Bixby Executive. Mr. Smith has an extensive background in the field of agriculture, having managed business units in the U.S., Canada, Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa.
CPL Resources, an Ireland-headquartered recruitment agency, launched Ardlinn, an executive search firm dedicated to supporting the growing demand for corporate leaders within the Irish business sector. Ardlinn will serve as a division of the company focused solely on executive recruiting for top salaried positions in Ireland.
Workforce solutions provider Airswift formed a new executive search firm: Ducatus Partners. It operates independently of Airswift, delivering executive search, market intelligence and related consulting services to clients across the energy, process and infrastructure sectors. Ducatus is led by a team consisting of Kevin Davidson, Sean Buchan and Jamie Ferguson.
Bassett & Bassett Executive Search LLC was launched by Bassett & Bassett Communication Managers and Counselors, a global strategic communication management and marketing firm. Victor A. Koppang has been appointed its president and chief executive officer. He most recently served as president and CEO of Detroit Thermal.
