Perpetual Insights Launches Executive Search Division
April 20, 2016 – Consumer brand recruitment firm Perpetual Insights has launched an executive search and human resources consulting arm, Pi Executive. Pierre Trippitelli (pictured) has joined the firm to lead the new division as a partner and board member.
Through the expertise, capabilities, and insights of Pi Executive, Perpetual Insights will now offer clients a full range of executive talent advisory services, helping them attract, retain, assess, and coach their human capital. The firm’s focus spans across the luxury, health & beauty, food & beverage and consumer durable industries.
Previously, Mr. Trippitelli served as a member of the global consumer practice at Korn Ferry. Prior to that, he served as head of corporate executive search for Page Executive and before that he was director of North America for Michael Page International.
Mr. Trippitelli’s recent searches include finding a global CEO for a food retail company; a global CEO for a food ingredients company; a president and CEO for a North America food ingredients company; a CEO for a dairy company; a COO for a U.S. confectionery company; a CMO for a global beverage company; head of operations & supply chain for a global beverage company; and a CFO for a global skincare concern.

Burke • Gillis • Juliano Group (BGJ), a management consulting firm focused on providing solutions for the extended retail value chain, expanded its services into executive search with the appointment of Len Okyn as senior search consultant. He joined BGJ from Lawrence James Associates, where he was president and CEO in charge of managing a wide variety of clients including Fortune 500, mid-cap public, private equity and venture-backed companies in the retail and food industries.
