Ms. Fox Lampert has served as a talent consultant and leadership coach for TalentRise since 2019. Most notably, she developed TalentRise’s fast start coaching program, a three-month executive integration coaching program that dozens of the firm’s executive placements have participated in. Fast start coaching continues to provide value to newly onboarded executives and leaders as they navigate a new culture, engage their teams, and build relationships during their first 90-days on the job.

“Over the last five years, TalentRise has built a coaching program focused on transforming the lives of our executive leaders,” said Ms. Fox Lampert. “I feel honored to have the opportunity to build a people-centered coaching practice that empowers the leaders of today and tomorrow to cultivate a culture of self-awareness, psychological safety, and deeply trusting relationships.”
