Solomon Page Names Leader of National Development Initiatives

March 7, 2024 – New York City headquartered executive search firm Solomon Page has expanded with the addition of Austin Walker as director of business development of the professional services, technology division. Under the direction of managing director, Dan Quin, he will lead national business development initiatives. With over 15 years of experience in technology, startups, and sales, Mr. Walker will leverage his background to build strategic partnerships, open new doors, and drive growth opportunities for Solomon Page. “His leadership and industry knowledge positions him as an asset to the team, fostering innovation and success in the ever-changing technology staffing landscape,” the search firm said. 

Mr. Walker most recently served as vice president of workforce optimization with Impact Workforce Solutions. Before this, he was national sales director with PeopleReady. Prior to this, Mr. Walker was director of business development with Modjoul. Before that, he spent over six years in various positions with Randstad. In these positions, Mr. Walker gained experience in consulting, sales leadership, and functional workforce optimization.

For 30 years, the practice has served global financial institutions including investment banks, alternative asset managers, private equity, and private family offices.

Recent Growth

Earlier this year, Solomon Page expanded its financial services division with the appointment of Lissa Rosenthal as managing director and head of alternative asset management. Ms. Rosenthal is based in the New York City office and focused on expanding the global footprint of the financial services practice, particularly within hedge funds and alternative asset managers.

“Through a meticulous and specialized process, Lissa will be applying her search expertise and deep-rooted understanding of investment strategies and talent assessment to identify and secure front-office talent and C-level executives,” the search firm said.


Solomon Page Expands Accounting and Finance Division
Solomon Page has expanded its accounting and finance division with the addition of Daniel Clark as vice president. Based in Orlando, FL, he will focus on growing the firm’s footprint throughout Central Florida. Reporting to managing director Howard Hecht, Mr. Clark will be working with clients on direct hire placements ranging from staff accountants to CFOs, with a primary emphasis on senior leadership. In conjunction with this new hire, the accounting and finance team has also seen recent expansion in Florida’s Boca Raton market, through Kim Wheeler and Lisa Goodman, who were hired back in 2021.

Mr. Clark most recently served as national director – accounting and finance search at Verity Search, a boutique search firm serving the mortgage industry. In this role, he managed all of the firm’s accounting and finance searches, focusing on senior and leadership positions with mortgage lenders across the country.

This past September, Solomon Page expanded in Southern Florida with the addition of Sara Yacano, who focuses on growing the company’s presence in the region. She will be based on Boca Raton. Ms. Yacano joined the growing accounting and finance team in Florida, working with Kim Wheeler, vice president of accounting and finance. Previously, Ms. Yacano was a manager with AccruePartners in Charlotte, NC.
