Rudish Health Seeking Chief Investment Officer for MedStar Health

November 13, 2025 – Boca Raton, FL-headquartered healthcare advisory and talent leadership firm Rudish Health has been selected by MedStar Health to lead in its search for a treasurer and chief investment officer. Charlotte Beck, Asmita Shah, and Jessica Cousino are leading the assignment.

Reporting directly to the CFO as a member of the senior executive team, this leader will hold a highly visible role managing the treasury and corporate tax functions. This position is responsible for leading the company’s financing activities, including structuring and negotiating credit transactions, and managing relationships with investors, rating agencies and commercial lenders. This role also has management oversight for MedStar’s $3.5 billion corporate and pension investment portfolios, as well as all daily cash activities for the organization, and leads investment committee meetings of MedStar’s board of directors in partnership with the CFO.

Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in tax and treasury management. Superior analytical capabilities and strong organizational skills are needed for this role. Those applying must possess strong financial acumen and business judgment. They must have demonstrated transactional experience in completing complex investment structures and issuing bonds, credit facilities and leases. Experience building complex financial models to evaluate financial and investment decisions is also preferred as well as strong familiarity with best practices in the area of cash management and forecasting, working capital/liquidity management, bond financing, and investment management.
