Rudish Health Assists Novant Health with the Recruitment of Chief Revenue Officer

May 27, 2025 – Boca Raton, FL-headquartered healthcare advisory and talent leadership firm Rudish Health recently assisted in the recruitment of Heather Dunn as senior vice president and chief revenue officer of Novant Health in Winston-Salem, NC. In this role, she will lead Novant Health’s billing department, including financial assistance programs, interface with payors, and identify integration and strategic opportunities.

Ms. Dunn was most recently president of The SSI Group, a privately held healthcare revenue cycle technology company. She was also previously vice president, finance and chief revenue cycle officer at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and executive director, revenue operations and clinical coding at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Before those positions, Ms. Dunn worked in financial and information technology roles with Kaiser Permanente and Roper St. Francis.
