RM Nephew and Associates Places CEO and CFO for National HME

June 11, 2019 – Executive recruitment firm RM Nephew and Associates has helped to place Ena Williams as the new chief executive officer and Patrick Jennings CFO of National HME Inc., a provider of medical equipment solutions to the hospice market.

Ms. Williams joins National HME after a 10-year career at 7-Eleven, where most recently she was the senior vice president and leader of the company’s $25 billion international division. Prior to that, she held various roles including SVP of west region operations and vice president of the southwest division, where she led the successful deployment of the company’s business transformation logistics project.

Prior to 7-Eleven, Ms. Williams was with ExxonMobil Corp. (and its predecessors, Mobil Oil Corp/ and Mobil Pipeline Co.) for 17 years. She held roles with increasing responsibilities there as well, starting as a delivery/terminal supervisor and rising to area manager for the West Coast and Midwest. In those roles, her responsibilities included management of complex logistics operations, experience she will be expected to leverage at National HME.

Most recently, Mr. Jennings served as chief administrative officer and CFO of non-profit Aim High.
