Ridgeway Partners Strengthens U.S. Search Staff
April 19, 2018 – London-headquartered executive search firm Ridgeway Partners has expanded its operations in the U.S. with the addition of Regina Glocker as a partner in its New York office.
Ms. Glocker specializes in executive searches within banking and capital markets and the three lines of defense for financial institutions, fintech companies, private equity portfolio companies and other corporates. Ms. Glocker has “developed specific expertise in placing diverse senior leaders in risk and audit roles, as well as in quantitative analytics functions that are in high demand given new and ever-changing regulatory requirements,” said Ridgeway Partners.

Ms. Glocker brings over 20 years of executive search experience to the firm, most recently as a co-founder of financial services focused executive search firm Exchange Place Partners in New York, which joined Hedley May in 2017. She served as a partner with Hedley May for the past year. Her past clients included banks, wealth managers, alternative asset managers, insurance companies and select corporates outside of financial services.

Prior to founding her own firm, Ms. Glocker was a partner with Sextant Search Partners, a firm that focused on the asset management, global banking, healthcare, hedge funds and private equity industries. Prior to that, she spent five years as a partner at both Westwood Partners and Korn Ferry.
Before starting her search career in 1997, Ms. Glocker sold derivatives and debt capital market solutions for Chase Securities and worked as an investment analyst at Aetna. She has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Dartmouth and a master of public policy and management degree from the Yale School of Management.
