Tony is a human resource executive turned consultant with extensive experience in Fortune 100 companies to include Pepsi Cola, GE (NBC Entertainment), Dell and Disney. Beginning his career in Training and Development with the Zale Jewelry Corporation, he has held increasingly more responsible HR management roles with various organizations. Tony leads our Diversity Practice as a Managing Director and is responsible for our strategic efforts to broaden our reach for talent in this significantly more diverse marketplace. The expertise that he brings also allows us to support our clients in the area of D&I strategy and development on an as-needed basis.
