Rob is a talent acquisition strategy, transformation, leadership and executive search specialist with extensive national, regional and global experience gained in scale businesses across multiple sectors and tiers of recruitment demand. Rob brings extensive knowledge across all technical aspects of the recruitment portfolio. Rob started his career as a software engineer before moving into European technology search and selection. He spent 10 years in tech search before joining Cisco; establishing their EMEA technical services recruitment function from greenfield. Rob spent a further 10 years in in-house talent acquisition leadership and strategy for global scale organizations for companies such as Royal Bank of Scotland, Willis Towers Watson, Cargill, Moodys Corporation and others. Rob returned to technology recruitment as Director of Talent Acquisition EMEA for Ciber Inc. a global technology consulting company, where he personally delivered MD and regional practice and CoE level technology recruiting services across EMEA. Since 2014, Rob’s primary focus has been in European search and selection across a broad range of functions. In particular, Rob brings practitioner level expertise in IT, program & project management, transformation/change, functional leadership and Human Resources.
