Rik Zuidmeer

Rik Zuidmeer, based in The Netherlands, is Director of Mercuri Urval´s International Business Office. In this role he is working with his team on providing best-in-class solutions for our clients globally. He is responsible for the co-ordination of international projects, resource planning and for the conceptualization and implementation of the pricing strategy in Mercuri Urval.

Before joining Mercuri Urval Rik worked as an Officer for the Dutch Army for 12 years and in the Retail sector both in various management positions.

Rik finds it important to contribute to society acting as a Chairman in voluntary organizations and member of an advisory Board in the sports and education sector.

Rik graduated from the OCOSD (Military Academy) and earned a Master Degree at the Free University of Amsterdam: graduated at the Faculty of Business Economics with a specialization in Management Consultancy.
