Belinda Burson

Belinda is responsible for the growth of the Americas Professional Service practice advising clients specialising in the strategy, operations, technology and transformation advisory industries. These rapidly growing and ever-changing organisations frequently need thought leadership of the highest calibre.

She has spent 25 years working with clients in this space, including one stint building and leading the corporate talent acquisition function responsible for Director and above hiring across 19 countries.

Belinda’s passion for professional services has allowed her to develop domain expertise across multiple industry verticals including Healthcare, Communications, Media & Entertainment, Technology, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Retail/CPG and BFSI. Across the last decade, she has often found herself on the bleeding edge of automation, analytics, AI/ML and cloud transformation.

Prior to her career in executive search, Belinda worked in environmental remediation with a patented process to solve the migration of contaminated groundwater.

Belinda is a native Houstonian and holds a degree in Architecture from Texas A&M University. She volunteers her time there being a College of Engineering Capstone Project judge. She is SHRM-SCP certified as well.

In her free time, she enjoys global travel and adventure with her family and friends.
