Karl-Johan Kronberg

Karl-Johan Kronberg, Executive Vice President and member of our Central Management team, is responsible for securing growth within our business model. He is based in Helsinki. Karl-Johan´s focus is to lead assigned teams, secure growth and strength as well as implement our standards and systems.

Karl-Johan has worked for Mercuri Urval since 1996. In that time, he has been a Consultant, Team Leader, Head of International Business, Board Member and General Manager. KJ has also been responsible for many important development projects for our company. As a consultant he specializes in the fields of Executive Search, Capability Review, Organisational Development and International Business.

Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Karl-Johan worked in public sector and IT. He served the Provincial Government as System Manager and the Ministry of Interior in large IT development projects.

Karl-Johan has held several board positions in Mercuri Urval. He has also been Board Member for the Finnish Executive Search Firms’ Association FEX.
