Andreas Frische

Andreas Frische, Executive Vice President and member of our Central Management team, is responsible for securing growth within our business model. Andreas is based in Hamburg. Andreas´s focus is to lead assigned teams, secure growth and strength as well as implementing our standards and systems.

Prior to his present role Andreas worked as a Consultant in Munich, was P&L responsible for teams in Hamburg & Munich and has developed the teams in Dresden and Berlin. Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Andreas was Sales Manager of a market leading Fast Moving Consumer Good company where he started his career as a Trainee.

The role took him to the Netherlands, South Africa and Germany, working closely with the CEO. Several change projects were conducted by him. Besides his Consultant career within Mercuri Urval Andreas was Head of Center of Excellence Recruitment and managed several infrastucture and reorganization projects. He designed parts of Sales Excellence training and was one of the global trainers.
