Doris Hofmeister

Doris, based in Vienna, Austria, is an active member of the International Business Office of Mercuri Urval group dedicated to the development of international clients. She is a member of Mercuri Urvals Industry sector. Doris focuses on Board & Executive Services, Global Executive Search, Global Talent Management Solutions, Business Transformation and Business Coaching (Executive and Team).

Doris joined Mercuri Urval in 2006 and played an integral role to build the Austrian organization. She set up the competence center for Eastern Europe within Mercuri Urval group and acts as Regional International Business Manager. Prior to Mercuri Urval, Doris served within consultancy with an emphasis in Austria and Eastern Europe. She started her career within FMCG business for an international group.

During her career Doris has been working for global projects in Asia, Brazil and Eastern Europe. She has a proven track record in international project management and leadership of international teams.

Doris holds a Master in Commerce from University of Economics and Business Administration, Austria and Université Catholique de Louvain-La-Neuve, Belgium. She is certified trainer and Business Coach (ACC-International Coach Federation). Furthermore she specialised in Strategic Sales and Key Account Management. St. Galler Business School, Switzerland. She is fluent in German, English and French.
