Lisa Brantley

Lisa is Head of Client Consulting and Executive Search in the Americas and is a member of the Global Energy practice at Mercuri Urval. She has devoted her career to executive search, client relationship management and business leadership and has executed over 500 searches and consulting engagements – uniquely equipping her to offer a high level of expertise, insight and value to her clients’ organizations.

For the past 10 years, she has focused on leadership and executive searches in the oil and gas, financial services and professional services sectors. She engages in a collaborative and consultative approach and has successfully placed leaders at the CFO, COO, Vice President and Practice Leader levels.

Previously, she spent several years with a global leadership development company where she delivered educational training for many prominent organizations including Walmart Corporation, Airgas, The Department of the Airforce, Tyson Foods, as well as other organizations across various business sectors. She has delivered training to thousands of business professionals and has been commended for her energy, passion and insight.

Lisa began her career with a real estate investment firm where she oversaw its business, accounting and human resource operations.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree from LeTourneau University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and has completed the Professional Human Resources Development Program at Rice University.
