Jenifer Anzalone
Principal
Jenifer Anzalone is a principal in Caldwell’s Industrial Practice, and a member of the Charleston office. She is a strategic executive with a unique combination of strong business acumen and highly developed people skills, stemming from a proven track record in all aspects of business management—from hiring and financial management to sales strategy, marketing and growth.
Leveraging formal training as a clinical social worker, Jenifer is proficient in assessing and understanding the needs of others; her authenticity creates a foundation that delivers results that exceed expectations. She is an innovative and versatile leader committed to making a difference on both a micro and macro level.
Jenifer joined Caldwell from Martek Industries, a global distributing company within the industrial lighting sector. As the chief executive officer, she oversaw all aspects of the business for over a decade. By exercising strong communication skills with her team and with Martek’s global suppliers, as well as prioritizing business development, she was able to create stability within a rapidly evolving industry.
Prior to her career at Martek Industries, Jenifer was a licensed social worker for a decade. Having served a diverse client population within a wide range of settings, ranging from the criminal justice system to public schools, she is accustomed to holding space for others during especially arduous times.
Jenifer holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a master’s degree in social work from Columbia University.
