Charlotte Croker is a consultant in Caldwell’s New York office and a member of the Professional Services Practice. Her principal focus is on the recruitment of C-suite and other senior-level executives for global, Am Law 100 and rapidly expanding law firms. Charlotte’s expertise and success in identifying, attracting and placing outstanding talent has allowed her to be a trusted advisor to her clients.
Charlotte began her recruitment journey at Odgers Berndtson in London, before joining Michael Page (PageGroup) as a senior manager. She relocated to New York in 2018, where she successfully launched and grew the Professional Services Practice. There, she conducted numerous senior search mandates across the business development, marketing and communications function.
Charlotte grew up in London and graduated from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Arts in modern languages (French, Spanish, and German).
