Claire is a consultant in Caldwell’s San Francisco office and a member of the Legal and Board & CEO practices. She focuses on full-cycle recruitment of C-suite executives and independent board directors for VC-backed, emerging and high-growth companies; as well as legal, compliance, and privacy leaders across various industries. Claire joined Caldwell in 2018 as a project coordinator before becoming an associate in 2020.

After graduating college at the height of the 2009 recession, Claire worked in digital advertising for Condé Nast and then spent eight years in healthcare administration at a private specialty practice.

Claire holds a BA in Communications and Media Studies from Northeastern University in Boston.
