Dan Courser is the general manager of Caldwell Analytics. Dan specializes in leveraging human capital analytics to improve individual, team, and business-unit performance using workforce analytics related to organizational design, leadership, team dynamics, communication, motivation, talent management, and strategic execution, empowering organizations to attract, develop and retain top talent.
Dan joined Caldwell from Applied Behavioral Academy, a Predictive Index master training center he founded in 2018. Previously, he purchased and led Predictive Synergistic Systems, a PI Worldwide company specializing in human capital analytics for over 10 years. Prior to his career in human capital analytics, Dan was a 30-year veteran of the ‘industrial food grid.’ He built a small retailer into the largest independent chain of supermarkets in the state of Michigan over the course of 19 years. He also spent 10 years in wholesale as the director of marketing for Spartan Store Inc. a multibillion-dollar grocery wholesaler located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Dan is an active longtime member of Vistage, a leading organization of chief executives and he also serves on the PowerLink Advisory Board for women entrepreneurs. An active member in his community, he serves as a mentor for both the University of Pittsburgh’s Entrepreneurial Fellows Program and the Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence.
