In her new role, she will focus on assisting C-Suite executives, directors and managers in career advancement. Ms. Wailes brings with her certifications in ITB strategic planning, Hogan, Chally, LVI and integrity coaching, selling and behavior styles.

“Meredith’s keen eye for analyzing and coaching executives will be a welcome addition to the slate of services which Preston & Partners offers,” Mr. Preston said. “Developing teams and being able to see how a candidate will fit into a company’s culture are valuable services our client partners consistently request.”

He will bring business development and candidate search skills sharpened on the contingency side to the firm’s retained search clients.
