January 25, 2016 – Executive search firm Conroy Ross Partners has formed an alliance with Optimum Talent, a privately owned integrated talent management firm. Through the partnership, the companies have acquired the Vancouver office of career transition services provider Toombs Inc. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The venture between the two firms is seen as a strategic move that solidifies an existing partnership that has already been in place. The Toombs transaction will diversify the portfolio of services of both firms and will extend their outreach across Canada.
Together, Optimum Talent and Conroy Ross will provide clients with a full offering of leadership solutions including executive search, leadership development, coaching, organizational psychology and career transition.
“Partnering with Optimum Talent in the Vancouver marketplace was a natural choice for us,” said Mike Bacchus, Conroy Ross CEO. “There has been a substantial shift in our industry and this was a strategic decision for both firms to be able to provide our clients with an integrated suite of services to help with the evolving needs of their business.”
