ON Partners Recruits President for Bold Group
December 4, 2023 – ON Partners’ Andy Hickman recently placed Marcus Bring as the president of Bold Group, part of EverCommerce Security & Alarm Solutions. “We welcome Marcus’s leadership at this critical time of growth in the security industry. Mr. Bring is an accomplished executive who brings decades of leadership and sales experience and is passionate about leading with a customer-first approach. He has held sales leadership roles and led global teams in the end-to-end delivery of turnkey IT, operational, logistics and marketing services to customers at Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Mr. Bring most recently served as VP of sales and business development at Thomson Reuters.
As president of Bold Group, Mr. Bring will focus on driving growth, creating positive customer experiences, and fostering innovation within the company and product lines to meet the unique needs of the security industry. He will build upon Bold Group’s four-decade legacy as a top provider of software solutions to the security industry.

ON Partners Recruits Chief Commercial Officer for JMA Wireless
Matt Mooney of ON Partners has recruited Neville Meijers as chief commercial officer of JMA Wireless, a global provider of wireless communications in Syracuse, NY. “There are few executives who understand the possibilities of private wireless like Neville,” said John Mezzalingua, CEO of JMA. “He is a proven leader in this space, with a rare combination of technical and commercial experience.” Mr. Meijers is a seasoned industry executive with an extensive background in private wireless, neutral hosts, and small cells. Most recently, he served as chief strategy, product, and marketing officer.
Mr. Hickman has over 20 years of experience in executive search. He has placed 250-plus C-level executives in technology, information, innovation, security, engineering, and product roles. His primary focus is in private equity.

Mr. Hickman and Tim Conti of ON Partners recently assisted in the recruitment of Sanjay Singam as the new chief information and technology officer of ClearCaptions and Vimient in Roseville, CA.
