ON Partners Recruits CEO for Brightspot

October 5, 2022 – Partners Jeff Hocking and Tindall (Sewell) Hein of ON Partners assisted in the recruitment of Raleigh McClayton as the new CEO for Brightspot, a provider of content management, workflow solutions, and services for top global brands. “Brightspot is in the right position to serve the content industry which needs our platform and services,” said David Gang, the company’s CEO and co-founder. “We are excited to have Raleigh working with the team to continue to build on our momentum in 2022.”

Mr. McClayton joins Brightspot after a career leading technology companies in the food and commercial real estate industries. He has led both B2B and B2C software and technology firms over the past decade. Most recently, Mr. McClayton was CEO of ArrowStream, a supply chain software business that was acquired by Buyer’s Edge Platform earlier this year. Prior to that, he was president of LoopNet, the largest advertising platform for commercial real estate. He was a member of the leadership team at Grubhub for five years prior to its acquisition by Just Eat Takeaway. Earlier in his career, he served as head of digital marketing and strategy for Restaurant Brands International for four years, overseeing the digital growth of leading restaurant brands.

ON Partners has helped to place Allen Proithis as the new chief executive officer of Austin, TX-based GXC, a leading network-as-a-service communications company. The assignment was spearheaded by Brad Westveld, the search firm’s co-founder and partner.
