ON Partners Appoints Digital Practice Leader, Opens New York Office

April 25, 2019 – Executive search firm ON Partners has expanded with the addition of Marc Gasperino as partner and leader of its digital practice. It has also opened a new office in New York.

Throughout his executive search career, Mr. Gasperino has recruited C-level, board and critical digital lifecycle roles ranging from customer outreach and acquisition, product development and user experience and analytics for companies at various stages of their development, from early stage start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. His clients span the technology, media and entertainment, consumer, financial services, life sciences and industrial sectors.

Mr. Gasperino’s search career spans more than 20 years. He joins ON Partners from Korn Ferry, where he was a senior client partner and managing director of the firm’s digital practice. Previously, he served as managing partner of the global digital practice for CTPartners, and head of Northeast operations for corporate information systems.

Growing Search Firm

With a primary focus on technology, energy/clean tech, consumer, industrial and the life science sectors, ON Partners recruits C-suite, board directors and senior executive talent for public and private companies, as well as venture capital and private equity firms. The firm’s consultants work from offices in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Menlo Park, CA, Minneapolis, MN and San Francisco.

ON Partners also recently appointed Vicky Wilkens as chief marketing officer in its Atlanta office. With over 15 years of brand, digital and marketing experience for leading Fortune 500 brands across the technology, sports, media and entertainment sectors, she is expected to grow and expand the business and brand through innovative go-to-market strategies, client experiences and multi-channel marketing, the firm said. Previously, Ms. Wilkens was VP of global consumer and brand marketing at IBM and the Weather Channel.

ON Partners also recently added Tara Flickinger as vice president. Based in the Atlanta office, she works closely with clients to clearly understand their hiring needs and to ensure a smooth, efficient and successful search process, said the firm. Prior to joining ON Partners, Ms. Flickinger spent five years as a principal at Parker Executive Search and three years in the investment management division of Goldman Sachs in Atlanta.

Lastly, ON Partners also hired Todd Wyles as partner. Based in the firm’s Dallas office, Mr. Wyles has a wealth of experience in retained executive search and joined the firm’s team of consultants, focused on the private equity sector. He has over two decades of experience in human capital advisory, management consulting, financial services and related professional services. Previously, Mr. Wyles was a partner in the private equity practice at Morgan Samuels.
