Mr. Navarro brings an impressive track record of leadership in security technology, operational transformation, and global business strategy. With experience in P&L oversight, mergers and acquisitions, and digital transformation, he has driven revenue growth and operational excellence in multinational environments. Prior to joining MCA, Mr. Navarro held senior executive roles at Scutum Group, Prosegur Security, and ADT Commercial, where he led large-scale business expansions and implemented cutting-edge security technologies to enhance customer value.
In his role with MCA, Mr. Navarro will lead the security division’s strategic growth initiatives, oversee operational performance, and drive innovation in security solutions to better serve MCA’s diverse customer base.

He most recently served as executive vice president and chief talent officer for Red Ventures, a multi-billion dollar operating private equity company with more than 21 companies in its portfolio. It is also one of the largest digital media companies in the U.S.
