Nexus Search Partners Recruits Director of Talent for Charlotte Pipe and Foundry Company

Ms. McKenzie brings more than 14 years of experience in talent management and organizational development. Previously, she served as director of performance management at TIAA, where she led the strategy creation and global rollout for a reimagined performance management experience focused on simplicity and an enhanced employee experience. Before that, Ms. McKenzie spent 11 years with Red Ventures serving ultimately in the role of director, talent management.
In her new position with Charlotte Pipe and Foundry Company, Ms. McKenzie will lead the development and execution of talent acquisition, development, and management strategies. She will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s talent landscape, aligning it with Charlotte Pipe’s core values of integrity, dignity, and respect.
