Matteson Partners Expands Recruiting Staff
March 15, 2016 – Atlanta-based executive search firm Matteson Partners has added Tom Shull as a new partner and practice area lead. His focus will include supply chain management, production / operations management and engineering positions within manufacturing and distribution organizations for domestic and international clients.
Mr. Shull has over a decade of experience in corporate recruiting and over 25 years in manufacturing / supply chain management and management consulting. He spent the past 14 years heading his own recruiting and consulting firms, Shull Consulting and Shull Recruiting Solutions. Prior to that, he worked with Ernst & Young, Price Waterhouse, and KPMG.

The firm’s staff expansion follows its recent partnership with TalentQuest, a provider of cloud-based talent management software and solutions. Under the deal, Matteson Partners will offer TalentQuest’s cloud-based talent management suite of solutions to its client base and provide executive search services to the company.
Founded by William Matteson in 1987, the firm provides executive recruiting solutions to businesses across the country in multiple areas of expertise, working with an array of organizations from Fortune 500 companies to multi-generational family businesses.
