May 8, 2026 – Toronto-based executive search firm Massey Henry has expanded with the addition of Jeff Hauswirth, senior partner, board & CEO practice. The appointment strengthens the firm’s capabilities in CEO search and succession, board recruitment, and senior leadership advisory, and further expands its expertise in the real assets sector.

Mr. Hauswirth brings more than three decades of global experience in executive search, including 25 years at Spencer Stuart, where he served on the board of directors and helped grow its presence across Canada and the Asia-Pacific region. He also held the role of vice chairman and head of North America at Ferguson Partners, a global leadership advisory firm focused on real assets.
