NGS Global Names Managing Partners for India
May 8, 2026 – Wilmington, DE-headquartered executive search firm NGS Global has appointed Ashish Dhawan and Deepti Jethanandani as managing partners for India. Mr. Dhawan will be based in New Delhi and Ms. Jethanandani will be based in Bangalore. “Both Ashish and Deepti are recognized leaders throughout India with extensive experience recruiting senior-level talent to organizations both in India and throughout the region,” said David Nosal, chairman and managing partner. “We are delighted that they are joining the organization to drive our strategy throughout India and the broader Asia Pacific region.”

Mr. Dhawan brings over three decades of professional experience, including more than 25 years across all facets of talent management. He is a seasoned leader in executive search and leadership advisory, with deep expertise in partnering with organizations to build high-impact leadership teams. Prior to joining NGS Global, Mr. Dhawan served as a senior partner at AIMS International. With extensive market exposure, Ashish has built a strong and successful practice advising clients on CXO and senior leadership hiring across a wide spectrum of industries—ranging from established sectors to emerging and high-growth domains.

Ms. Jethanandani has over two decades of experience in executive search and business development, with a focus on senior leadership hiring and market expansion across India and the India–U.S. corridor.
She partners with high-growth technology companies, listed enterprises, and global organizations to identify and place C-suite and senior leadership talent across functional areas. Ms. Jethanandani brings deep knowledge of the Indian talent landscape and works closely with founders, boards, and leadership teams on both in-country and cross-border mandates. She also advises global companies on establishing global capability centers in India.

He has a track record of partnering with global and regional organizations to identify, assess, and recruit senior executives in the technology, industrial, and life sciences sectors. Prior to rejoining NGS Global, Mr. Khoo served on the board of AIMS International as APAC region head and global practice leader.
